Residence options at Edgewood include our well-appointed apartments or luxurious Village homes. Every property on our 80-acre campus is maintenance-free. With our apartments you have the choice of spacious one- or two-bedroom floor plans, some with dens - perfect for a home office, craft room or guest space. Features include, but are not limited to bay windows, walk-in closets, eat-in kitchens, and washers and dryers. Living in one of Edgewood's apartments connects you via heated corridors to an impressive array of on-site amenities.

Our Villages are maintenance-free private homes featuring two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages, and full basements. Many deluxe features - considered "extras" in other communities - will come standard at Edgewood: gas fireplaces, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, built-in bookcases, walk-in closets, chair rails, crown molding, gas heat, and more.
