The Villages at Edgewood
Designed for today's lively, forward-thinking seniors, Edgewood's new maintenance-free Village homes floor plans feature two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages, and full basements. Each of the five floor plans for these maintenance-free private homes features two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garages, and full basements. Selected homes also offer studies or second-floor guest suites. In addition, two unique apartment homes are built on the second floor loft of a renovated historic milk barn.
By selecting Village living at Edgewood, your home will be spacious, your neighborhood will be cozy and private in one of three inviting Villages of just six to eleven homes each. Traditional Shaker-style architectural elements and a variety of exterior color palettes give each home a unique appearance and a New England flavor.

The Villages at Edgewood have been built on the historic Edgewood farm, and it was our goal to build something in the year 2009 that looked like it belonged on this historic location. The new homes were inspired by the Shaker Village in Hancock, MA. The Villages at Edgewood homes have an abundance of windows to enjoy the beauty of the landscape and to bring natural light into the home.
The homes were built with carefree maintenance and green goals in mind including features like Energy Star Certified heating systems, cement fiber siding made of 30% postindustrial materials, and native red oak flooring which typically has a lower carbon footprint than something such as bamboo.
